Little Croft Care Home Once Again Rated ‘Good’ by the CQC
We are delighted to share that following a recent inspection in June, Little Croft Care Home has once again been awarded a ‘Good’ rating across all five key areas by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
The CQC, the independent regulator of health and social care in England, assesses services based on five categories:
-
Safe
-
Effective
-
Caring
-
Responsive
-
Well-led
We’re proud to have achieved a ‘Good’ rating in everyone, reaffirming our ongoing commitment to providing high-quality care in a safe, supportive and nurturing environment.
This latest inspection is a testament to the passion and dedication of our team, who work tirelessly to ensure that every resident at Little Croft feels respected, valued, and truly at home. From our tailored care plans to our warm and welcoming atmosphere, we focus on what matters most: supporting the well-being, dignity, and independence of our residents.
The CQC report reflects what so many families already know – that Little Croft is a place where people receive not just care, but genuine compassion. We were particularly pleased to see the inspectors acknowledge the responsiveness of our team, the safety of our environment, and the strength of our leadership.
We remain committed to maintaining these high standards, listening to feedback, and continuously improving the care and services we offer.
To our residents, their families, and our incredible staff – thank you for helping to make Little Croft such a special community. This achievement wouldn’t be possible without your ongoing support.
